Troubleshooting - Enrolment or Access Issues

If you can’t access a course you expect to see, the issue usually falls into one of a few common areas.


Check these first

  1. Confirm you’re logged in with the correct account (some users have multiple accounts).
  2. Search for the course manually using the search bar or course catalogue.
  3. Ask your manager, tutor, or administrator if you’re officially enrolled yet - they can check enrolment lists.
  4. Check for expired enrolments: some sites automatically remove access after a set time.
  5. Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser in case the page isn’t refreshing properly.


If the issue persists

Contact your site administrator or raise a support ticket and include:

  • Your full name.
  • The course title and URL (if known).
  • Any error message you see on screen.
  • The browser and device you’re using.

Providing these details helps the support team resolve your issue more quickly.
