General advice
- Keep your browser updated to the newest version.
- Enable cookies and JavaScript – these are required for most Moodle functions.
- Avoid Internet Explorer; it is no longer supported.
- On mobile devices, you can access Moodle via a browser or the Moodle App (if enabled by your organisation).
Tip: If a feature doesn’t load correctly, try another browser or clear your cache before raising a ticket.
