How to Log In to Your Moodle Site

Most Moodle sites share a similar login process, though the page design or URL may vary slightly.

Steps

1. Open your organisation’s Moodle site link (this will usually be provided by your training contact or system administrator).
2. On the login page, enter your username and password.
3. Select Log in.
4. If your organisation uses single sign-on (SSO), you may be redirected to another login screen - simply follow the prompts using your organisational credentials.
5. Once logged in, you should see your Moodle homepage or course list.

Note: Some Moodle sites automatically redirect you to your most recent course or a “dashboard” after login; others may show a general homepage first.

Tips

• If you have difficulty logging in, double-check that the web address is correct.
• If you receive an error message such as invalid login, use the Forgot password? link or contact your support team.
